Hi,
My Fitbit blaze has started draining a lot quicker than normal. I use get to get 4-5 days use before needing to charge it however recently I'm having to charge it almost daily.
tried all the battery saving techniques I.e turning off features but it's still no better.

Has anyone had any luck sending a blaze back? I have no need for a $200 plastic bracelet.

Have you tried contacting fitbit directly - through twitter? I had a response really quickly and my case is being looked into

I went to the "Live Chat" option on the Fitbit website (http://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs) just now and explained the problem. Since my Fitbit is still under warranty, they set me up for a replacement. I received mine as a gift around the holiday season of last year. It was ordered via Fitbit.com.
YMMV, but it did not take much time of chatting for me. I mentioned *immediately* that I cleaned the charge contacts, restarted the Fitbit, and let the battery drain to zero. They made a statement that seemed to indicate they can check the battery life, and verified what I said.

Same here. I have an iPhone 6s. Battery got worse in the last few weeks. But it barely last for 5-7 hours now.

I was having the same issues as many of you. This morning, I contacted FitBit support via Twitter and they opened a claim for me. It was also closed today, my Blaze is out of warranty. As a result I was offered 25% off of a new unit

My Fit bit only lasts 9 hours now. I contacted them and they had no answer or even a helpful solution, like maybe a discount for a new one. I work 12 and a half hours so this is really frustrating.
