I received better customer service when I called them. They were good when
I spoke with them via Twitter, but great over the phone.

The same thing has been happening to me over the past couple weeks. I would charge every 4-5 days.  Now it's almost daily. Don't know what changed but I can't see battery life diminishing that quickly.  I even turned off notifications and Auto sync. Any ideas from anyone so far?

Just to update my situation I'm working with fitbit via email.  I'll update with how or ends up.

I'm running into the same problem and my battery is lasting about a day. I bought mine on Amazon a few weeks ago. I also bought an extended warranty. I am going to return it and try another, since I like the Blaze.

BTW, I didn't do any updates since it's new.

Wanted to put an update on my Blaze situation. I was sent a new charge cable and unfortunately it didn't help anything. Haven't had a response back from Fitbit in several days. Still looking for a solution. Growing more frustrated with the situation.

Having the same issue.  Also really poor meter showing full in morning.  Then suddenly red 3 hrs later.  Real pain is having to reconnect to phone for time every time the battery dies. Don't know why it can't just turn off and save the time

I also contacted Fitbit and they sent me a replacement and it had the same issue.  Only sooner.

I received my first fitbit as a gift in May and I was getting 5 days (sometimes 6) from a full charge.  Then in late September, I noticed the battery was only lasting about 3 days

- then 2 days...so I took it back where my daughter had purchased it - explained the problem and they exchanged it for a brand new one.  The new one synced one time and then it would no longer sync (plus I was only getting about 2 days from a full charge)...so I called Fitbit support and after an hour and 20 minutes on the phone with a rep, she decided it was not repairable, so Blaze #3 is supposed to be delivered tomorrow.  After reading all the problems people are having with their Blaze fitbits, I'm not feeling very optimistic, but we shall see...
