I am Fitbit user and fan for last 4 years every two years upgrading to new one
this time choose to update for blaze but very disappointed to see the screen cracked by normal wear. Used surge for less than one with no such problem always wear it 24/7.
onlyproblem had with surge was strap cracked underneath it was still under warranty so rebel sport offered us blaze because they told us that surge is not manufactured any more. But very disappointed to see that blaze screen cracked by normal use no marks or other scratches around the watch which surprises me how it can be cracked.
I expect that sports wear should be strong enough to bear day to day normal wear and tear. I want my product to be replaced with something better.

Fitbit replaces with one of the same model when under warranty and when decided, it's not possible to pay a price difference (to fitbit) and upgrade to another tracker.
It's for example possible to sell the replacement tracker on a second hand website.. and use the money partially getting another one.
