Fitbit Blaze screen issues

Purchased the fitbit blaze for my son and he has had less than 10 days.  As of yesterday, the screen will not turn on and will not "swipe".  We went through troubleshooting and "restarted" it by pushing the left button and bottom right button.  At that time it appeared to be working again.  He charged it overnight, but now he is having the same issues and the re-start will not work now....any ideas?

Unfortunately this did not work at all.  Now the most we can get is the blue triangle, swiping doesn't work and screen still goes black.

Pop his Blaze from its watchband and hold the left and bottom right buttons until it vibrates.

Let go, now press the home button after if goes dark with your fingernail, swipe from the right side to the left side with your finger - does it go to "today" ?  If yes, carefully place back in the wristband housing and press the home button. Swipe functionality still there?

If it is, help him practice popping the Blaze in and out of the wristband - if popped in place with the body a little too high on the right side the top right button sticks in the depressed position confusing the Blaze if the home (left button) is depressed. (why may be having the issue after moving from the charger 😉 , should pop in place gently if the two button side is in the proper spot, any forcing means it isn' set properly)  Hope this helps, come back and let us know how it goes...

If it is the blue fitbit logo, try the reset a couple more times, if its a triangle that is an internal works issue and you should contact customer service chat with a description of the color and shape of the alert for more options than we can offer here - somethings out of the ordinary.
