Fitbit Blaze showing heart rate on watch but not showing history on app

My fitbit Blaze was recording my heart rate history but just stopped for some reason 10 days ago. I can see my heart rate on my watch as I am wearing it but when I check the app or my dashboard, it is not showing my heart rate history. I have tried the fixes suggested of removing and re-adding the device, and also the suggestions of turning off notifications, logging out of app etc and then logging in and turning notifications on etc with no luck. It is frustrating as my Charge HR never let me down. Any other suggestions?

@nzgirl71 A warm welcome to the Community! This sounds like your tracker didn't sync and that's the reason why you're not seeing information in your Dashboard. Also, please make sure that your tracker is syncing to the same account that you've had because if not you may logged in another account and not seeing that data for those days.

In case your tracker isn't syncing as expected then try this troubleshoot:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  2. If your tracker didn't sync, force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  3. If your tracker didn't sync, reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  4. If your tracker didn't sync, restart your tracker. If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

When I changed to a new iPhone, my heart rate was not displayed on the new phone, though all of the other numbers seemed to update, and my heart rate was shown on my Charge 2. After looking at many settings, I discovered that All-Day Sync had defaulted to off. When I turned it on, it wanted to pair with my Charge 2, so I let it. After that, the app displayed my heart rate along with the other numbers. So perhaps somehow that setting got turned off in your app?

Hey there @mrodby, welcome to the Community.

Thank you for your suggestion about turning on the all day sync option. Actually this really helps to obtain more updated information about heart rate. I know this tip will be helpful.

If you need anything anything, let me know. Man Happy
