Can someone please help me. I've restarted and tried to sync and it is still displaying an incorrect time, won't sync and won't allow me to install the update.

Frustrated!!!

I know that stress, it’s just poor support from Fitbit and ie tried changing faces to make avail.

My Fitbit Blaze suddenly is showing the correct time and syncing. I have worked on this for weeks. I don't know what happened. I tried to change the clock face but found none that were for the Blaze. Just grateful for the fix!

Lucky you! Whatever is suggested here simply does not work on either of my Blaze it’s really disgusting that support from Fitbit is nil.

I know this is an old thread, but here’s my issue. Based on a different thread, I tried removing the device and adding it again. But now when I try to enter the code in my app, I get the error “The operation could not be completed (com.fitbit.HTTP error 503)” Now I’m a tech person, and I know a 503 error is an internal server error. So if Fitbit’s servers are down, how does this issue get fixed? Or is my Blaze now bricked and it’s finally time to get an Apple Watch?

I switched off the location setting and it worked. Guess if the country you are in is not listed in the drop-down, the watch reverts to your home country time. Once disabled the location option, it updated.
