I updated my Fitbit software to 17.8.4013 when it became available.
I also saw that sleep stages data would now be displayed.
This is is very disappointing as since the update it has only shown sleep stage data two tile and the rest of the time records my sleep as no stages.
I average about 5:45 hours sleep per night and still no stages are displayed.
Heart rate monitoring at night displays no breaks.
My partners Blaze displays the sleep stages every morning without fail. Both our settings are configured the same way.
How can I get this function to be more reliable...?

I am seeing weird information for the last two nights too.
The graph shows all 4 stages, however, the percentages are simply split the old way (awake/asleep)

This is how mine sleep is displayed when it does work.
This is my issue just not showing the data as it should.
My data is recorded intermittently so not sure we have the same issue

Probably not...but quite likely the same bug in their system is the cause. Here's a drilled down look at my 0% REM:

It has corrected itself in the last hour, at least for last night, anyway.
