Hello Guys,
I have loved my FITBIT blaze ever since I got it (May 2016). It was my first fitness tracker and i was loving it. 2 days ago after my routine morning runs, i came back home, washed my hands, removed my fitbit blaze and went for a shower. I did not realise it till late afternoon but my blaze was not working. At first, I was sure that my battery must have died out. I had not charged it for almost 4 days now. Unfortunately It did not turn back on after charging for a while. I decided to read on the fitbit community.
I live in Mumbai, India (its often hot and humid here)I feared that mositure must have entered my blaze along with some dust. Hence i followed some folks advise on the community to keep it in a bowl of rice overnight. Unfortunately still no luck. Come Sunday, i was getting desperate. I kept my blaze in the afternoon sun for a few hours, kept it for charing (attached to my laptop) the whole evening. Still nothing.
I again kept it in a bowl of rice for more than 12 hrs, still nothing. I have tried connecting it to a wall charger for a few minutes (still nothing). i know folks have advised against it, but i was trying it out for a short while.
I read a short while back that I may need to press on the charging box while its charging (it may be lose). Still nothing.
Please help. Someone!! I have mailed the fitbit support team and i have tweeted about it (Sondesh_d_havoc)
PS : I have tried resetting it (left button and the bottom right button for 15-30 secs ) (no use 😞

Hi there @Jiraya. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
I'm sorry about your tracker not responding 😕
Since you've already tried to restart it and put it in rice overnight and some other things, I can recommend waiting for the Support Team to get back to you. Since you're still under the warranty, they should be able to see what is going on and get you back on track.
Hope to see you up and running soon and if you need anything else, let me know. I'll be happy to help!
