Fitbit Blaze stops syncing the activity in the middle of a run or a ride

Hi there i am using fitbit balze & off late i am noticing that the it stops syncing the activity in the middle of the run or a ride, but the time still continues to move but the distance doesn't seem to move once it gets stuck. And it also doesn't sync even if you open the app in between of an activity, i have to eventually finish the activity & have to start a new one to get recorded, very frustrating.

Hi @adsharma, thank you for the information provided. I'm sorry to see you've been having trouble with the Blaze that stops recording the activity in the middle of a run or a ride. 

 

Do you know if you're getting any error message on the screen during your activity? I've seen a similar situation when the GPS signal is lost, please make sure to check all the information here about error messages and requirements. 

 

Also, try to perform a restart procedure on your Fitbit Blaze, and check if you continue to experience the same difficulty.
