Fitbit Blaze stuck at 70 bpm

So my Fitbit Blaze is currently stuck at 70bpm no matter what... I've tried resetting 3 times, i've tried taking heart rate moniter off/on + off/auto + off/auto etc... I've tried disconnecting my account and connecting again, but nothing works 😞 It seems that no matter what I do, it is just stuck at 70 bpm 😞 

any ideas???

Also, I've seen the other post in here with the same problem, and i've tried all mentioned solutions, but none of them are working 😞
