Fitbit Blaze stuck on charging screen

I put my Fitbit Blaze on the charger this morning and when I took it off the charger it was stuck on the charging screen. I can't get it to restart or do anything. It is just lighting up with the fitbit charging dots. Help please!!!

My first thought would be to place it back into its charger.  The charging symbol should disapear in a few seconds, then tapping it will bring up a clock.

My second thought is that i haver no idea of what these three dots are? I've never seen anything but a battery  icon while charging.
