my Blaze has a Fitbit logo on it. I held the Left and Lower Right button 15 sec and the unit resets but just pops up the Fitbit logo.  I had the unit in the Charger for 1 hour and Logo in the entire time still will not work.

I'm very sorry to hear that your tracker is stuck in the Fitbit logo and t hanks a lot for trying to restart it.

 

Since  the restart and putting it to charge has not worked, I have escalated your case to the Support Team for them to take a deeper look and they will be happy to help you out with this.
