Fitbit Blaze stuck on setup screen

Hey there, 

 

Just got a Fitbit Blaze, have the app downloaded on my MAC, it says it can't go any further until Bluetooth connects to the Fitbit. However, my fitbit screen is stuck on fitbit.com/setup. I have tried resetting it multiple times using the left and bottom right button but it keeps going back to this screen.

 

Can anyone help please?

The fact that the Fitbit Blaze is showing the setup message , it is telling that it still needs to be connected to your Fitbit account.

I would like to know if you keep having problems setting up your trackers? If you do, could you please tell me if you have a compatible mobile device with you, so I can provide you the correct steps to set the tracker up from your phones?

I have a Windows10 machine, a Windows 10 phone (Lumia 950XL), and a fitbit Blaze. It wouldn't sync via the cable like it's supposed to so your help team sent me a wifi dongle. It's now syncing but the screen on the blaze still says www.fitbit.com/setup and won't change.
