My Blaze tracker had the temperature screen appear out of nowhere. Like other users who have experienced this, it has not been exposed to either extreme hot or extreme cold temperatures. When I try to do the forced reset (Left button and Bottom right button) nothing happens. It seems to be stuck with the temp screen and that's all. The tracker is fully charged and all buttons seem to be working (they all bring up the temp screen). Help!

I suggest to do what others have done when the reset does not work.. Http://contact.fitbit.com

I too am having this issue..how disappointing..and yes have contacted support..
