I have a fitbit Blaze, bought in March so still under warrant. The watch face is fine but the strap has snapped completely and is unwearable. Is it possible to have a new strap send out under the warranty?

Then I'd suggest asking Fitbit. The contact link is in the top right corner of this page, or under help in the app. Contact.fitbit.com.
Im sure Fitbit would have a better chancebof helping, then your fellow fitbit users.
