My husband let his FITBIT Blaze battery totally run out, and now it will not charge. I know the charger works fine, because when I put mine in, it displays as it should. Suggestions??? Cannot turn off to reset/reboot, because I cannot turn it on!

@tjkfree3 How long have you tried to charge it? If you have left it for a while, and still not responding, you may need to contact support to have them assist you further.

Welcome to the Forums @tjkfree3. @Kmransom123 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by and the tips provided. If the tracker is not responding, as mentioned you can leave it a while in the charging cable and also try the restart process.
