My husband let his FITBIT Blaze battery totally run out, and now it will not charge.    I know the charger works fine, because when I put mine in, it displays as it should.    Suggestions???    Cannot turn off to reset/reboot, because I cannot turn it on!

@tjkfree3  How long have you tried to charge it?  If you have left it for a while, and still not responding, you may need to contact support to have them assist you further.

I've noticed that also, if the battery is really dead it might need to stay in the charger before it is strong enough to turn the unit on.

Welcome to the Forums @tjkfree3@Kmransom123 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by and the tips provided. Woman Wink If the tracker is not responding, as mentioned you can leave it a while in the charging cable and also try the restart process.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
