I have uninstalled fit bit app reinstalled it turned Bluetooth off turned it back on even restarted my phone nothing HELP!! Blaze is brand new so is phone and this is unacceptable!!

Yes, it is a brand new phone. Because of that, it has not yet been certified as compatible with Fitbit devices.
