Purchased a brand new fitbit Blaze after my Fitbit chargeHR died. Received my new fitbit yesterday and was unable to do initial setup because it WILL NOT CHARGE.

Hi there @Bebeskid. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you have not been able to set up your new tracker yet. When it comes to the Fitbit Blaze and it's brand new, if you put it to charge, it will not show anything on the screen that indicates that it's charging probably other than the fitbit.com/setup message. I would say, leave it to charge for about one or two hours, then follow the setup process. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help with this! 🙂
