Fitbit Blaze won't stay sync with App

Help!!

I've been using the new FitBit Blaze since last Wednesday night, for the first few days it worked perfectly but for the last couple days it won't update on the app.

I open the app and it says "Syncing" but then I get the pink exclamation point icon and it doesn't update.

When I open my bluetooth on my phone it doesn't even find it anymore!

Can anyone help me???

ok, now I am confused ... 2 Button Restart?

I usually Restart my Blaze by sliding to Settings and scroll down to shut
down (is it called like that? I have German UI).
Then turn on by pushing the left Button.
Afterwards the Sync is working flawlessly ... for a time.

Currently I sync in the morning and in the evening - that works w/o
restart. It seems, that after some hours (maybe 24?) the algorithm for
syncing falls asleep and won't Wake up again.

Restart your blaze
Hold down left middle and bottom right button for twelve seconds

It should then sync with the app.

Finding this problem with all my families various fitbit devises lately.

Feels like an update is needed to the app.

Hello @SunsetRunner@d3rm1k and @Rich_Laue it's great to have you here! 🙂  Just to confirm what @Rich_Laue mentioned. You can turn off the tracker by going to the settings or you can try the restart process by:

1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.

Happy stepping! 🙂
