So I had my Fitbit about a year now and it was working perfectly fine until I notice the other day that I can no longer swipe to the left or right. Also I am no longer receiving notifications to on my phone. I hooked my Fitbit up to the home computer to try and reset it or sync it and it don't do either one. So I am coming to the conclusion that my Fitbit is dead and has no purpose to me anymore.

Have you tried a restart by holding in both the left and lower right buttons?

I was having the same problem (swiping left or right stopped working) You solution fixed it 😁

Hi, I seem to be having. The swipe issue. I have tried holding the buttons in. Does it matter how long you hold them in for? It doesn’t seem to have worked for mine. Do you know what it could be? Thanks in advance.
