Fitbit Blaze won't sync new update

So I read that while thing about turning of the Bluetooth to your device. Updating it. Turning it back on and then it'll sync. What do we do if even that doesn't work? It won't let me update it after following those steps.

Check under your dashboard and see what your latest version is. It should say 17.8.301.7.

 

If it does there is no update to be done.
