Fitbit Blaze won't sync with my Samsung and the bluetooth won't stay connec

My Fitbit won't sync with my Samsung and I tried everything that is being said in the troubleshooting section in the website. The only way I can sync it is with my Ipad which works perfect. The bluetooth is not staying connected for long and sometimes it doesn't even connect with the Fitbit even if it's saying it's connected. Help me pls as I really like the new one and it's a shame that has all this problems

Hi there @Akadawgfan. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

What phone do you have that should be compatible but doesn't sync? When it comes to iPhone, all models should be compatible starting from the 4S. Are you also having problems with an iPhone model? What error are you experiencing?

Hey there @joreeder. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

It's strange that your phone is not syncing with your Blaze as it should be compatible. It's in the list of compatible devices.

Do you see any type of error message or have you already been able to set it up?

I had the same issues and called support a number of times and it would
work for a while then I would have the problem again. Eventually they sent
me a new watch and I'm ok now.

Huh, interesting to hear it was the tracker itself. I'm glad that after having it replaced it's all working fine @markdreid! 🙂

I, too, am having trouble getting my Blaze to show text messages and phone calls. I don't care about getting the music control to work, but I do want the text and phone calls to show. I have done everything suggested and nothing works.

I'm also facing the same problem. Not able to sync with my Samsung Note 3. I have fitbit connect setup on my mac also. FItbit connect is not able to detect the internet. I think it is most likely the problem with internet provider. It is extremely frustating. Each time i've to think of a workaround to to do sync.

A warm welcome to the Community @Josmet and @ankit8364. If your trackers are not syncing with your Android devices, I recommend following our syncing troubleshot. After these steps your trackers should sync without an inconvenience.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

After 2 hours on the phone with Fitbit support, still not able to figure out why my Samsung S4 won't sync with Blaze. After some digging, was able to get it to work by clearing cache and data on Bluetooth app (see link below) and then setting up Blaze through the Fitbit app. Don't know how long it will keep working. Fingers crossed.

Add me to the group.....I have been trying for months to get the sync to work.   I keep retrying and it won't stay connected.  I have to force it to sync to even update my stats.   I REALLY like the fitbit itself and the look and feel.   It just does not do what is promised.

Mine was still under warrantee and I had logged a lot of tickets with
support. They sent me a new one and no problems since.

I've done it all SEVERAL times, now it won't even set up.  It says it's connected, but when I go to sink the app says it can not find the tracker, extremely frustrated.
