Used my blaze for over a year and recently upgraded my mobile and now it won't sync. I've reset the old handset so there is nothing currently still set up. The blaze settings for Bluetooth I've made sure are accessible for pairing. All the settings on my new handset are enabled. When I turn Bluetooth on my mobile, it says it is connected to the blaze but when I open the fitbit app and try to sync, it shows that its tracked my blaze but then it just buffers and says it won't connect.
Previous handset s8+ and now its S10 Lite
At a bit of a loss if anyone can help
