My Fitbit Blaze hasn't been tracking my steps on the app for the past two weeks and I was wondering if I could get the data back. What should I do?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

A warm welcome to the Forums @yuanzhang and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
Are you having problems with your tracker registering your information or with syncing? If it is with syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your tracker should transfer your information to the app.
Now if the problems is with the Blaze recording your information, I recommend restarting the tracker.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()
