Fitbit Blaze won't turn on

I have had my Blaze for less than a year now and recently have had performance problems with it. A few weeks ago it would not hold a charge, I let the battery drain then put it on a charger for 4 days and then seemed to work fine. Then the touch screen would not work sometimes.  Then it finally stopped working when I was on a run first week of July and haven't been able to get to working. I did not get the Blaze wet except for sweat or did it get hit hard on anything. What are my options?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and I would like to know if you have tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
