I am having the same issue as a lot of people in that my blaze won't hold a charge for more than a few hours. I've tried the suggestion of resetting and charging, but that still hasn't worked. What's next? I'm doing a long charity walk next weekend and would like my tracker to be working by then. Any tips other than trying to reset/restart?

Good luck. My blaze is 15 months old with the same issue. Battery lasts 10 hours without heartrate or Bluetooth on. Contacting support got me a 25% off coupon on a new device, as if I'd actually spend money on a Fitbit again. There's loads of people with defective batteries just outside the 1 year warranty period and Fitbit won't own up to it.
