Fitbit Blaze wont turn on after I shut down it

I didn't even shut it down but the screen went black and wouldn't come on so I tried pressing the buttons and it wouldn't  do anything so I plugged it up to charge to see if it would come on and the screen would not come on so what do I do?

Try resetting it by holding down the left button and the bottom right button for 10-12 seconds , I hope this works!

Welcome to the Forums @Brookeed11 and @Kait5991 thanks for stopping by.

Is your tracker illuminating at the moment of placing it into the cradle? If you haven't tried this, please do. Also, as recommended restart your Blaze by following these steps:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I'm having a problem, too. Was having a problem syncing my fitbit after it died completely (even though I charged it up again). I tried installing most recent fitbit app on my phone and then turning off my phone to restart and then shutting down my fitbit.  HOWEVER, now my fitbit won't even turn on AT ALL for me to even try to re-sync it!!  I just got it for my birthday at the end of April!

I ended up having to mail my fitbit back (not the band, just the main part)
and have it replaced. Took about a week our a little over. Has been fine
since.
