Fitbit Blaze wont turn on

While on vacation my fitbit battery  died and I forgot my charger at home. I charged it when I got home. When I went to check on it . The screen wouldn't turn on and it didn't show that it was charging. The green light on the back was flashing.  I checked my phone and said I have medium  battery.  I pushed the reset buttons and now the green light stopped flashing and nothing.

Hi, @Vickyburns, when the Fitbit battery dies completely sometimes it needs an extra nudge to get back going again.  I would give it another couple of hours charge, using a wall charger (your cell phone charger should be fine)  and then try the restart procedure several more times.

If that doesn't bring it back to life, you may need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com

Welcome to the Forums @Vickyburns and @Julia_G thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend @Julia_G worked or if you keep experiencing issues? Have you already contacted our support team?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
