Fitbit Blaze wont turn on

I have just received the latest Fitbit Blaze.  Have charged it for 24+ hours (but never saw a green battery or any indication it was charging).  Have download the app onto my PC, mobile and iPad.  CANT TURN THE FRIGGEN THING ON!~... the screen wont come off fitbit.com/setup. Have held all three buttons down simultaneously, swiped the screen every which way but still no joy. Have emailed support 3 days ago and still no respons 😞

I received a Blaze as a gift.

Not coming up. Keeps showing fitbit.com/setup. I have left it on charger for several days.

On my android gionee phone, i already have page showing track exercise, weight gain, food, etc.

But the Blaze is not coming up so not communicating with my phone.

What am I doing wrong please

A warm welcome to the Community @mcid! It looks like you already created your account but your Blaze hasn't been set up. Please follow this procedure to set up your tracker and get all your data transfer to your account. 

 

After following this, your tracker's picture should show in your at the top of your app.

Hi, I use a Blaze. My battery ran out. I charged it. But now it's one day out (showing yesterday) and it is one hour and 28 minutes behind.

 

I've done the following: 

1) turned off my iPhone, then turned it on

2) turned off Bluetooth, then turned it on

3) pressed all button combinations

4) disconnected/removed it from iPhone

5) tried to reconnect but even though my iPhone is discoverable AND it states it's connected to Blaze, the 'turning eggtimer' shows, indicating that it is searching for my Blaze. 

 

I've spent two hours but I'm unable to:

A) get my iPhone to sync with my Blaze

B) set the correct date/time

 

Any solutions please? Best wishes, Suzy

My blaze does not turn on either. I charged it and it started up in the charger and let me sync it but as soon as I remove it from the charger, it turns off. It wont start up. Ive tried all the resets, as indicated, but it does nothing.

I took my FitBit Blaze in the sauna and it died that night.
