I need help asap! I was updating my tracker and my fitbit is on a continuous update and is on a loop; the display on the fitbit shows it's updating and once it reaches the end, it starts all over again. I tried disconnecting the bluetooth on my phone and turning it back on and start updating the tracker but my phone would not connect with the fitbit. I tried resetting my phone and still would not connect. I also did a hard restart on the fitbit but it would not restart at all! it's stuck on an updating loop! any solution to this? Such a hassle.

@BenDayritwithout knowing the phone model I can only guess.
I assume you have killed the app and tried through both cellular and WiFi.
Also have restarted the tracker 3 times
Removed the tracker from the I ones Bluetooth Settings not the app.
Cleared unneeded apps from memory.
Cleared the apps cache.
Depending on the phone. One or more of the advice steps could help
