If your tracker is not longer recording your heart rate, as mentioned, I recommend checking if you have this feature on by doing the following directly from your Blaze:
1. Slide to settings
2. Slide down and check that your HR is "on" or "auto"
If it is on or auto, please restart your Blaze. After the restart it should start working.
