Does any of the Fitbit watches tell time to the seconds? I need this to take someone's pulse.

My blaze does on certain clock face displays, as an analogue clock. I have heard that the blaze unit itself fits inside square fob watch straps, which is useful for 'bare below the elbow,' although I tend to wear mine around my ankle in a sock at work to keep my HR data accurate. Fitbit need to come up with a strap design for us hospital staff! Xxx

Use the Chonograph display, it shows in both digital and analog, as per request.

Holding in the select button does a quick start of the stopwatch,  with analog and digital, as requested.

This stopwatch stays displayed as long as it is turned on, s requested.
