Fitbit app is not showing the correct calorie data

The calorie graph is not reflecting the food I record so the cals in vs cals out number is wrong. Then I tried forcing stop. Uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried logging out and back in (yes I was using the correct account). I have even restarted my phone several times and all my data for the last week was lost. Why is this happening? Sorry this is for versa 3. Idk how to move my post to that thread
