Hi,
my app shows that my Blaze is empty, however, the Blaze itself is fully charged. It appears to be recording my steps but it’s not recording my sleep data. I’ve tried manually syncing but it’s not resolved the issue. Any help would be appreciated?

your lucky it's still working at all!
Mine started playing up and then just died.It appears, from the research that I have completed, that they are programmed to fail just outside their two year warranty!
I'm starting a campaign to highlight what this company is doing.
I'm going to be contacting a UK TV consumer show called Watch Dog as well as a program called The Gadget Show and of course i'll hit it with social media as well.

@LJoli it sounds as if the Blaze hasn't synced in a while, the app will only know the battery level during the last sync. As for the sleep data, the tracker needs to sync before the Fitbit server can calcukcal sleep.
Do your steps show up on www.fitbit.com or when you tap the today tile
May I ask what type if device the Fitbit app is in! I assume this us how you sync
For now I suggest Fitbit help
