Fitbit app won't let me set a calorie goal

I've tried 5 times and everytime I do, the Fitbit app won't let me save my daily calorie goal. I've reset the app and my phone and no matter what it just doesn't work. It always goes back to "set up" after I've already set it up...

How do I fix this?

I'm not sure which phone or if it is the Win10 app, but have you tried to change the goal on the web?

I'm using an iPhone, but no I haven't tried that! I'll try it now thanks!
