Fitbit beeped a bunch of times and powered off

My brand new Fitbit blaze (just got it yesterday) just beeped a bunch of times and the face went black. There were green lights on the back but it looked powered off. Now it won't turn back on? It was fully charged and I am not sure why it stopped working. I put it in the charger and now it has no green lights on in the back either????

I never knew the Blaze could make a noise!

Anyway, when a fitbit misbehaves like this the first thing to try is a restart:

Funny - instead of "beeped" I should have used the word  "buzzed". Honestly I thought it was a level notification (letting me know I hit X number of steps) mainly because I was in the middle of a workout when it happened. Reboot did not work - I believe it is completely dead. Sending back for a replacement.
