Fitbit blaze apple iOS app not able to change clock face

I turned off and reset my iPhone XS and turned off and reset the Fitbit and every time I go to the iOS app Fitbit and go to settings to change clock face it’s just blank. No clocks at all. Watch works fine otherwise. Anyone know what could be the issue?
