Fitbit blaze battery dies after an hour

My Fitbit blaze's battery has stopped holding its charge. After a full charge it only seems to last for about an hour or so; as well as not reading my heart rate as the green lights just seem to be flashing on and off.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it fixable?

I have already turned off and on, tried reset with holding left and lower right buttons.

My Blaze is only 3 wks old..

I use it only for steps ...I do not keep sync on or alarms.and the charge is lasting 2 to 3 dys...I charged it on Friday & already I am seeing Low Battery...can anyone offer any advice as I am not happy..I  previous had the Charg 2 I charged every 6 days. ...
