Fitbit blaze, bluetooth messages/calls

I have recently upgraded to a fitbit blaze from the charge HR. I synced the bluetooth and it paired up perfectly and I received notification on the fitbit but recently it says that is synced and my fitbit has not gotten any notifications... I have reset, paired and unpaired, I'm not sure what to do.

The ability to sync does not have much to do with notifacarions.. But half of the notifacation has to do with the phone, my first question would be what phone are we talking about. 

Without knowing, i would say check your app settings and the phones notifacation settings eather in the center or sound section. 

People have found the settings in the app have mysteriously changed.

I have a galaxy s7 edge, I have checked my settings, both on my phone and fitbit everything looks good. It just won't pop up calls or messages on my fitbit when I am receiving them.

Does it pop it up on the phones lock screen? 

Currently the S7edge is not supported, but since notifacation was working at one time it should still be working. 

Make sure notification is turned on in the music control screen of the tracker. 

Check that the Blaze shows up as connected on the phones Bluetooth settings. I've noticed that when it doesn't i don't receive notifacations. Here again i don't know why it disapeers but this does not affect the ability to sync. I also have not figured out a definitely getting it back connected, forcing a sync should do this but it does not always work. Sometimes i have to force it 3-5 times. Or just wait for it to reconnect over the next hour or two. 

Swipe down on the notifaction bar and check for the message "Fitbit Notifacations are running" 

One last thing that has helped some is to add the blaze as a replacement tracker to their blaze.

It used to say on my phone that fitbit was running, now I cannot get it to say that.
