@WendyB sorry my frustration is misdirected if not towards my own disappointment, inconvenience and expense. It's certainly not about you.

and I have had a love-affair with FitBit but am suffering a broken heart

@GetABitFitIm really sorry you are threaten by my post count.
But I started back in 2010 when the first fitbit was introduced the Classic.
It died after a few years and I then moved on to the Ultra. Which I still have and keep as a backup to my One. It is also in perfect shape at 5 years old.
You can slam me all you want. I really could care less. And no I do not get Kickbacks from Fitbit like you stated in your PM to me
