my fitbit blaze started to act up and the side button by itself doesnt work and stays on on screen

Same issue and I can only get RHB not real time HB?

It's great to welcome you @pppKarina and @1Michigan1,

If your trackers buttons are not working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the buttons. If this does not improve the buttons performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the buttons. After this, please try the restart procedure, this also goes for the heart rate information.
