Hi everyone.

 

35 minds of cardio

 

elliptocal machine said I burned 360 calories.

 

fitbit blaze said i burned 444

 

big discrepancy how accurate is blaze?

How accurate is the elliptical machine?

 

They are both estimates but the fitbit has the advantage of being able to tailor your calorie burn rate depending on your age, height, weight etc. It is also takes into consideration your BMR calories (those you burn just keeping your body alive) but I'm not sure if the elliptical machine does.
