@Sophierules, I moved this to the Blaze Help Forum. I will get more attention here.

@Sophierules the Blaze Classic is used for music control.
Now since the phone is at least half the problem, it would help to know what type it is.
Ok let's see what can be done.
Are you able to receive notifications? The connected GPS uses this service.
Is notification service turned on and running?

@Rich_Laue no I am not receiving notifications for messages. And my phone is a oppo but just say it's a android. But it has all the compatible things such as Bluetooth and GPS. What should I do now?

I have the same problem with my new Blaze. I use a Lumia 950xl. It was the same in regular Bluetooth mode or Classic bluetooth mode. I don't get notifications, and the connected GPS fails.

@Lord Phantom I have come up with a solution. So with days and days of pulling my hair out and wondering why it wouldn't work. I found out that my phone wasn't capatable with my phone. I found it by going into fitbit app, account, 101 Guide to fitbit blaze then to track exercise then scrolled down to a link on it saying compatable phones and you to put your phones details in with a step by step guide and then it will bring up a list of compatable phones. Sadly mine wasn't there so I had to get a refund for my fitbit.
