Fitbit blaze can't updatr

Greetings everyone. So I have this fitbit blaze device and everytime I connect it to my device, it shows that it is connected but displays nothing on the fitbit screen. Rather it only displays fitbit.com/setup. How can I get over this.

I have exactly the same issue. My old blaze just died and I had a spare one. I turned it on and attempted to go through set up and it's stuck on the set up screen. I linked my account to Gmail, uninstalled and re-logged into the app. It says on my app p that my blaze needs an update and it just won't update despite turning my phone/resetting the Fitbit. Reconnecting it. Trying wifi and data. It's so frustrating.

Same problem and the same situation.  I have reset the Blaze 6 times, connected and reconnected it over a dozen times and gone through the process of trying to update more times than I can count.  It all fails at the same point.

Fitbit support sent me to the standard "How to set up my device" pages and a trouble shooting page that starts at a further point than I get to.  I was hoping to find a solution here.  I will let you know if I find one.

 Yea, I'm done. Guess what, no issues whatsoever setting a Garmin up. Thank you for 8 years Fitbit, how you've really let yourselves down.
