Fitbit blaze crashed?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I bought this about 5 weeks ago and have had no problems with it until now. Fiddling with it tonight I went into fitstar on the watch display. The screen went onto the Fitbit logo and begun to flash on this. It has become totally unresponsive and continues to flash. Tried forced restart - does not work- still flashing on logo. Any ideas?

If the restart does not work, i see only 2 options.

-Let the tracker go completely dead, then charge it up.

-Look in yhe top right coner, click whwre tour picture would be, then xlick "contact Fitbit"

A warm welcome to the Forums @Youngkimmy and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze and if our friend's recommendation worked? If you continue having problems, please let me know.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

It fixed itself by the time I woke in the morning. Unfortunately the same problem happened again overnight the following night. I took it back to the store I bought it from and once they checked it for damage they agreed it was faulty and provided a replacement.

Thanks for your concern

Those are great news @Youngkimmy. I am glad to hear that you received a replacement device. Have you paired it? If you haven't, you can follow these steps from a computer:

  1. Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer.
  2. Click Open Main Menu.
  3. Click Set Up A New Fitbit Device.
  4. Click Existing User and log in to your account.
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Happy stepping. Woman Very Happy
