@Teresa404 Hopefully you got it working by now, but if not, try to restart your device.
To restart: Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds and then let go of the buttons.
You could also just try letting it sit on the charger for a few hours to make sure the battery is fully charged.
