My brand new Fitbit blaze is not tracking sleep at all. I have setup my sleep schedule and took advice on some forums but still nothing. I have restarted, resynced, removed and re-added in my app and still nothing. Also today I was working and it said i had 38 minutes of activity while I was sitting at a desk. Also my heart rate monitor is always so high and I've compared it to another heart rate monitor and it is way off. Is there a factory reset or can I sent this back in?
