Fitbit blaze heart rate stopped tracking

Hi, 

 

Since Wednesday, despite still having flashing green lights on the back my blaze isn’t monitoring my heart rate which means it is also not really doing my sleep. As you can see it registered heart rate randomly for half an hour or so during the night. I have uninstalled, reconnected and rebooted everything a few times. Have also cleaned the sensors. Any help would be great

I'm having the same problem. Can't find any solution to this problem. Mine is also blinking green but no numbers showing up in the HR field or on the Fitbit app. This happend same time as my Blaze started to drain its battery.
