I purchased a blaze a few days ago and have done 2 of my normal weight lifting routines and am currently burning more than 1,000 calories, I am 240lb and pretty muscular 6,1 and workout for 1-2 hours 5-6x a week, weights and then a little cardio or abs. Can someone tell me if I should be pausing between sets?

Currently most workouts I rest for 1-1:30 timed exactly on my watch every set and for heavy chest day I may rest 3 minutes also times to the T.

The Blaze isn't accurate at all. I estimate mine overestimates daily caloric expenditure by 25%
