Fitbit blaze issues

I have a new Fitbit blaze that I have only had for a few months. I have had no issues previously but I can't get it to sync with my iPhone. When trying I get the 4 digit number but when entered the search just goes on and on. I am getting text notifications etc. But my time has not updated and my blaze is not appearing on my Fitbit account so trying to set up from scratch. Done all the usual factory resets to both phone and watch.

A warm welcome to the Community @Jencol1. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Once your tracker is paired you don't need to enter the 4 digit code to sync it, this only means that your tracker isn't paired yet. I recommend restarting the Blaze a couple of times more and then follow the setup procedure from your iPhone.
